In my practice, it is super common to see victimization because a lot of the women that come to me are dealing with a slow thyroid with weight issues. They can't lose weight or they're having adrenal issues. They get into a rut where they can't stop telling themselves that it is their fault, or this is just how life is for them, or they place blame on others.

* How playing "victim" can affect healing
* What you can do to help get out of victim mode
When you are trying to heal your body and things are happening like you want them to it is so easy to fall into the "victim" mode. I see it very often with my female clients that are dealing with thyroid stuff. And it's easy to do that because dealing with thyroid stuff takes a lot of energy and a lot of time to heal.
Avoiding the trap of falling into “victim” mode can naturally boost your thyroid is so many ways. I have seen it actually help control the thyroid and keep it healthy! ???…..?? ℂ?ℕ ??????!
The big reason why I created my thyroid program because I want women to NEVER feel alone. I want them to feel they have a community and like they have someone to talk to.
And that's why I put so much energy into this too, because I went through this. I felt alone all the time. I felt like I had no one to talk to. No one would listen to me. No one could relate to me.
I wasn’t sure how what to do for low thyroid treatment. I wasn’t sure on how to control my thyroid. There are so many pieces to this, but avoiding “victim” mode is such a massive part that is ignored over and over. I know this…….firsthand!
Remember this....you have to realize that the stage that you're in is temporary.
Don't stop pushing forward and always.......give yourself some room to be human.
